Cheese Sponge Cake



Simple vanilla sponge cake sprinkled with cheese: to celebrate the start of a long weekend :) 

Cheese Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
5 eggs
75 gr sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
75 gr flour
1 tbsp milk powder
100 gr butter, melted
whipped cream
cheese, grated

Method:
1) Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and fluffy.
2) Add flour and milk powder, mix until well combined.
3) Add butter, mix until well combined.
4) Bake at 180 deg C for 20 minutes.
5) After cooled, spread whipped cream and sprinkle cheese over cake. 

Yield:
one 22 x 22 x 4 cm baking pan
