Cheese Cookies

These cookies are very crunchy and they are shaped like stars. Wish upon the star cookie and may your chinese new year wish come true... :)

Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:

175 gr butter

2 egg yolks

225 gr flour

150 gr grated cheese

Method:

1) Beat butter and egg yolks until fluffy.

2) Add flour, mix until well combined.

3) Add cheese, mix until well combined.

4) Flatten dough with a rolling pin and cut into shapes.

5) Place cookies to a lightly greased baking tray.

6) Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with cheese.

7) Bake at 160 deg C for 25 minutes.

Yield:

120 cookies
