Happy new year 2008! I wish for a year full of smiles, wonderful surprises and precious moments. The first menu that will be served is Fried Prawns With Mayonnaise Sauce, which is one of J's favourite dishes. It's one of those quick and easy dishes that takes less than 30 minutes to prepare.
I didn't use sesame seeds as the market auntie didn't have it in stock on that day. Still, the dish turned out delicious, me and J enjoyed the prawns till the last bite! :)
