An easy recipe to use up your leftover pork mince. Serve warm with sweet vinegar sauce :)
Pork Patties
Ingredients:
150 gr pork and prawn, minced
50 gr carrot, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
1) Mix pork, prawn, carrot and seasoning ingredients.
2) Marinate mixture for 30 minutes.
3) Divide mixture into 8 portions. Shape into patties.
4) Bake at 200 deg C for 20 minutes.
Sweet Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients:
75 ml water
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp peanuts, roasted and crushed
Method:
1) Mix water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
2) Stir over heat for 10 minutes until sugar dissolves and caramelizes.
3) Remove from heat, add peanuts and mix well.
