Pork Lettuce Wrap



A refreshing and light dish that serves well as an appetizer or part of the main course. It also makes a great dish for entertaining friends and family. The crisp and cold lettuce leaves, together with the warm and flavourful filling create an amazing combination! :D

Pork Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:
200 gr pork, minced
150 gr carrot, cubed
3 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp chinese red wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
a pinch of pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp oil

iceberg lettuce leaves

Method:
1) Mix pork, carrot, lettuce and seasoning ingredients.
2) Marinate pork mixture for 10 minutes.
3) Stir-fry garlic in oil until fragrant.
4) Add pork mixture, stir-fry until cooked.
5) Serve and wrap with lettuce leaves.
