Spicy Beef And Carrot Soup

I am in the mood for soup :D 

Spicy Beef And Carrot Soup

250 gr beef, diced
200 gr carrot, sliced
2 eggs
spring onion

1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tsp gochugaru
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

1) Stir-fry garlic in sesame oil in a pressure cooker until fragrant.
2) Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, salt, pepper and water. Mix well.
3) Add beef. Cook for 30 minutes.
4) Add carrot. Cook for 10 minutes. 
5) Crack eggs on hot soup. Garnish with spring onion. Serve warm.
