Stir-Fried String Bean With Garlic And Dry Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic, sliced
30 gr dry shrimp, soaked to soften, retain water
300 gr string bean, sliced diagonally
1 tsp fish sauce
salt to taste
Method:
1) Stir-fry garlic and dry shrimp in oil until fragrant.
2) Add string bean. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3) Add fish sauce, salt and water from dry shrimp. Cook until tender.
4) Serve warm.
