Milk And Mango Jelly
Ingredients:
15 gr konnyaku jelly powder with mango flavour
90 gr sugar
700 ml milk
mango, cut into small pieces
Method:
1) Place mango pieces in the konnyaku jelly moulds.
2) Combine konnyaku jelly powder, sugar and milk.
3) Stir until the mixture starts to boil.
4) Remove from heat, keep stirring for a few minutes.
5) Pour mixture into moulds.
6) Chill to set. Serve cold.
Yield:
24 little jellies
