We can't get enough of the mango jelly! So I make another batch, but this time it is in melon flavour :)
Milk And Melon Jelly
Ingredients:
15 gr konnyaku jelly powder with melon flavour
90 gr sugar
700 ml milk
melon, cut into small pieces
Method:
1) Place melon pieces in the konnyaku jelly moulds.
2) Combine konnyaku jelly powder, sugar and milk.
3) Stir until the mixture starts to boil.
4) Remove from heat, keep stirring for a few minutes.
5) Pour mixture into moulds.
6) Chill to set. Serve cold.
Yield:
24 little jellies
